Interesting weekend. My wife tripped over the power cord to her scanner and hit the floor Saturday afternoon. At 2am that night she woke me up and told me her foot hurt. A lot. So we went to the emergency room. They took her to the back and I read a six-month-old People and tried not to fall asleep. She came back around 4am with a bandage and an ice pack. Verdict: one broken bone, hairline. No need for a cast, just ice and elevate. We got back home around 4:40 and went back to sleep.
