Mary's reaction to being stalked? "Sheesh!" That woman is 10 pounds of tough in a 5 pound bag.

The good: Submitted a vacation request this morning for September 5-8. We already get Labor Day off, so with those four vacation days and the week bookended by weekends, we'll be starting September with a nine-day holiday. Laura's sisters are flying in from various parts of the country to visit.

The bad: Home sales in Virginia are down 24% from last year, and last year we didn't sell that house. We need to get rid of that damn thing. I'm trying to schedule it so only one of us is manically depressed about the situation at a time, and this week it's my turn.
